Marissa Raisor came to the spotlight in 2012 during the Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant which exposed her to the world and this got her working with big brands and promoting events. She was named Miss Hooters International in 2013 and went ahead to work at Hooters in Newport Kentucky. In 2014, Raisor ventured into the acting industry and her debut film was her role in Blended starring Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler in the romantic comedy. Raisor was born and raised in Florence, Kentucky. Growing up, she was always interested in arts and was very vocal as she would express herself confidently. She joined Northern Kentucky University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. While in school, she participated in dance and theatre and with the support of her parents and mentors, she started acting, and modelling and built enough courage to speak up around people and in the camera. She embraced a healthy lifestyle in eating and fitness and this enabled her to maintain the body image needed for modelling and acting.
